COVID-19 Update

Monday, March 16, 2020

At this time, all of our ministry gatherings held at the church are on hold. This season is bringing some unique changes to how we are conducting ministry. Let’s keep the following thought in mind as we navigate this season…It’s not that we aren’t doing church, it’s that we are doing church differently!

This morning, we met as a ministry staff and we are working on plans to keep our congregation growing in Christ, connected as a body, cared for individually, and equipped for ministry opportunities.

  • We are developing an Outreach Team that will be making connections with each household throughout this season. We don’t have everyone’s contact information that attends on any given weekend, so if you or someone you know is not in our 2020 directory, please send contact information to the Church Office at: office@faithccpalmer.org
  • We are creating a one-stop webpage that will carry a wide-variety of ministry content. We aim to launch this on Friday for weekend ministry. We will update this content weekly as long as necessary. If you or someone you know cannot connect with our website, we are able to distribute DVDs (available upon request).
  • Ministry at home will look different for everyone. Some may choose to meet with other church families or in small groups, and some may not be comfortable with that. However the Lord leads your home, our desire is to keep you growing in your walk with Christ. If you desire to be connected with a small group, you can sign up by clicking (here).
  • If there is anyone in need of pastoral care, hospital visitation, counseling, etc, continue to connect with us as usual. Circumstances may limit our ability to meet face-to-face, but we will do our best to be present with you in some way.

Keep your eyes fixed on Christ; keep connecting with each other and encouraging one another; and be blessed to be a blessing!

James 1:2-4Dear brothers and sisters, when troubles of any kind come your way, consider it an opportunity for great joy. For you know that when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow. So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, needing nothing.
